Us too, the efficiency is unbelievable in a county which is the most inefficient that I know. Different from the first jab where we had to wait over an hour for the vaccine to be delivered.

We are in the UK and my husband had his first dose before Christmas and I have to say it was absolute chaos. 11 weeks later he went for the second dose and what a difference, in and out within 20 minutes, they were very strict about making you wait 15 minutes afterwards. As they say, practice makes perfect!

tbf they can beat the UK on a lot of things.
You call the electric board out on a Sunday and they arrive in two hours. You buy something and they deliver it within an hour. With our garden furniture it was waiting for us assembled.
I think what is frustrating is the unhelpful attitude of some, generally government workers, but how different is that in the UK?
Generally I've found that there is usually someone nice in the office who will save you. Not always the case in the UK where they seem to have a Nazi like adherence to rules and procedures. I find the more casual approach out here can often help.
They do seem to let themselves down at times on what to me is often the easiest part of the process. Usually I am hitting my head against the wall yelling "you can do all that fiddly stuff right and then royally cocked up that one insignificant detail which was harder to get wrong than right."
