Hi Guys
Can anyone give me an idea of recent prices paid for
1 villa clean (3 bedroom Lapta)
2/ windows ( no shutters) inside and out ( 3 bed villa)

No third party cost involved for either here. Self sufficient. That is why l didn’t comment before.

Depends on how many windows and shutters, and where you are located.
In Geçitkale would cost around 300tl - for whole day.

Alsancak would be more expensive, (everything tends to be !!) but have even advertised in "wanted" but no replies. We can supply three part ladders. (sorry Terry if I have highjacked your thread)

A cleaner or cleaning company will price on size of property (there are small, med and large 3 bed properties), no of bathrooms, no and size of windows, current condition of property (deep clean or quick clean, one off or regular clean)?. Extras - things like oven cleaning and external terraces.

Acacia, I'm sure your absolutely right, but as terry 2366 and I can confirm, noone seems to be able to recommend anyone.

Might be worth writing a simple advertisement on a postcard in Turkish and English and pass to your local shop or local Belydere office to put on notice board or in the window. They will know lots of locals who are probably desperate for some work during this difficult times.

Have been contemplating doing just that little thing. I was also beginning to wonder if it was just too much like hard work?

I used Mehmet (Mike) from Crystal Clear to do a house deep clean and do windows inside and out. I am sorry, though, I cannot remember the exact cost, but it was under TL 800 I think for both parts of the job. Very thoroughly cleaned inside the house, all windows sparkling and included the solar panels too.

0533 833 3318 was his number, I think he is based on the east of Girne, but he came out to Esentepe too. Perhaps give him a call and get a quote.

Timur has been recommended lots of times on here. I have personally used him for years and the good thing never a break in a few weeks later. He is not what I call a glass cleaner but maybe i have learnt you must state what is required. I want surrounds both sides, runners, glass and if shutters are involved the area between the window and shutter cleaned.

Cleaning differs from your personal requirements and I have found there are a lot of tidiers so ensure if a deep clean is required they do realise what it entails in your mind. An established maintenance company generally have staff to enable a deep clean to satisfaction.
