Pre Covid were Australians able to cross green line. To visit relatives in North. Will they be able to post Covid?

There was an Australian sub-consulate in Lefkosia working out of a small house in the district near the British consulate and Toros home store. This was a very long time ago and tried google to find it without success, maybe now closed or my search inadequate.
