Does anyone have up to date information on what is needed to register a rental contract at the tax office please ? Owner is in U.K. but we have power of attorney. Will it be acceptable if the owner in U.K. signs the contract and sends it to us by email with a copy of his passport ? Or can we as holders of the POA do the contract here and sign it ? Thanks

You have to produce an original contract so you would sign as POA
Take a copy of the contract too as they retain this & stamp the original for you
You also need a copy of the Kocan & passport copies for yourselves & the owners
