Turkbank Debit Card

Hi anyone else having problems paying State Health insurance with Turkbank debit card.
Keep getting msg unable to complete 3D verification.
Called bank help desk says problems with some cards manager working on it. Back to bank Monday

Have you signed the Türk Bankası paperwork to enable 3D verification? You need to provide your local network phone number.

Yes card worked fine last time We used it. Now stopped working. OK at atm but not online. Phone bank they say no problem!!!

Good mornıng
Turk Bankası have checked our customer's pre-paıd card thıs mornıng and there ıs no problem wıth the enabled 3d Secure verıfıcatıon whıch ıs standard on all pre-paıd cards. There seems to be a problem wıth the Immıgratıon websıte. Turk Bankası wıll lıaıse wıth the Immıgratıon Dept to try to resolve thıs problem.

Thank you Turk Bank. Hope it gets sorted soon. Only a problem with immigration
