Who has to get it, is it part of the Residency process as just done ours and nothing like this was asked for ?????

My beyaz card is up for renewal.
I have been advised to turn up on Monday around 10 and then collect Thursday in the afternoon
Now have to organise the medical and then wait for the interior ministry to re open

From your home country.
We have only applied for one for this country when we applied for our beyaz kimlik.
The original application was a police report from the uk and one from here.

Collected today my main concern was ,did I have to book an appointment. Answer no
55tl stamps photo copy of my passport and 2 photos taken in the last 2 months.
