Anyone else having the same problem? Laptop and mobile versions seem to be frozen. Contacted them via landline, eventually told I was first in queue but after 10 mins I gave up. Tried again 20 mins later and same thing happened - still first in queue.

just paid ours on mobile , worked ok

Lost patience so other half gone to bank. We thought we'd paid on Friday using mobile but checked with UK bank but money still there.

Paid mine this morning via Laptop. The first application tends to freeze at the end, but the 2nd application goes through. I checked, and only 1 payment was taken.

Paid mine yesterday on-line from PC, no problem, printed out receipt as normal so not bothered to check if the money left the bank - not my problem as I have a receipt!

Just paid mine on laptop, no problem.

Finally paid at Kibtek kiosk in Girne. Loads of people doing the same and complaining about the on line facility, so perhaps there was a temporary glitch.

Some shops now have / are payment points
