Kocan and white kimlik

Just got the Kocan for our property, one each,50% each.
Looking now to go for the white kimlik, qualify for the conditions but looking at my kocan it has only half the house price which isn't €125,000
Now what?

13roman58. I really do hate to burst your bubble, but it just won't happen. If you manage it we will put out all our flags and have one hell of a party, but be honest, you are just not wanted here.
