Over 70s from UK

Anyone know the rules on this..
2 people over 70 flying from UK to larnaca 1st June. 0wn property here.
What is the procedure and requirements. Also does a taxi company arrange this for them and how much if so.

Try Ozy taxi and car hire. They seem to be able to sort and arrange everything,
