My family in Germany formed a family group on the 'SIGNAL' app and want me to join, no trouble downloading it onto the laptop but problem with the phone. I downloaded the'app' onto the phone - it says 'installed' but I cannot find it, looked at the list of apps, did a search, looked in settings - nothing!!!
Any ideas????
I have WhatsApp on phone and laptop - no issues.
Don't they like each other maybe? My sister has both on her apple phone no problem

If it says installed on the Google Play Store, it should also show an 'Open' button to run it.

Yes, but no joy

I actually looked at 'settings' and then in apps, but don't see it
