Kibtec state that late outstanding bills ( March) must be paid by 20th June or they will cut off the electric.

Has that warning been sent to hotels such as the Cratos or the many other organisations that don't pay their bills?

Kibtec have stated that they are now cutting the electric to buisness and municipalities alike that have not paid their electric bill.
They have agreed with the government to allow one week for state departments.
