Kiptek mobile app not working

Hi,

Is anyone else having trouble using the KibtekMobile app on apple iOS?

It says that the developer needs to update the app. I’ve tried it on two phones. Same result.

Have you tried to use paypoint cyprus. I don’t think the app on iOS is going to work until it’s updated. It’s been down for a couple of months now.

Ah right, so just do it via online rather than the app.

Shame, as I knew how to navigate the app quite well.

I wonder if there are any plans to update the app in the near future?

Am trying to pay Kibtek, using Soner link and get just so far, when I press enter, it suddenly jumps to Koop web site and says all my Debit card information is incorrect. Anyone else having this problem.

Just realised another hiccup, the bank won't recognise the brand new card from that we have been using for three years. I think its a trip down to the Kibtek hole in the wall!!

I got to the Koop page but didn’t bother paying as I realised I am in credit. Was kind of hoping they update the app as that is easy to use as it remembers your details.

The is a post about the page jumping to Koop bank on fb WTF Northern Cyprus page. Sorry can’t post the link. In the comments it mentions it works ok.

But does is understand that we are using a different plastic card than the last year or so. All we get is error when we put in the account number and sort code number.
