I’m hoping someone can help….I’m flying out to dubai for 10 days from Larnaca as its a direct flight and worried as I have my double vaccinations with sinovac which the cyprus flight pass doesn’t recognise. Has anyone had the sinovac vaccinations and travelled in and out of larnaca? What do you put on the flight pass? Do they need proof of vaccination as the card is in turkish! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kibkommer I'm interested in this as well. We had the sinovac vaccine, does that mean we can't travel on it? Or is that just via larnaca? Would appreciate any advice from interested parties, or would it mean having a different vaccination?

I have used this and put in Sinovac for Cyprus and UAE and both come up as not recognising Sinovac.

I have put in Turkey and it’s recognised, could you travel from there.?

Yes I could fly into Istanbul but flight times are terrible and larnaca is such an easy flight time. The W HO have approved the sinovac vaccine but South Cyprus doesn’t recognise it or where it came from. I am seriously considering coming home via istanbul. The foreign Residents Society have asked the same questions to the British High Commission and they dont know either. I think it changes daily ….why cant we all live cooperatively….its all politics but affects so many of us who have family we havnt been able to see for 18 months due to Covid.

Yes understand…it’s all countries acting different that’s causing the confusion. Hope you get sorted to see your family soon.
