Hi,
I have already studied a fair amount, but I would like to pay for the services of an Egyptian for, say, two 40-minute sessions. I really just need to hear you say a few phrases (for which I will give you the English) and for you to listen to me and correct me when necessary. I thus do not need an actual Arabic teacher - it is though essential that you were brought up in either Cairo or Alexandria.
Provided you live within 15 miles of Girne or Lefkoşa, I can travel to you.
If you are a female and feel uncomfortable with giving me lessons, then please be informed that my wife can accompany me, but she will not participate. Your remuneration can be discussed in private messages.

If necessary, my wife can accompany me ... because that might make you feel more comfortable ... especially if you're a woman.
We will pay 120 TL for a 40-minute session.
You do not need to be an Arabic teacher, just someone who was brought up in the Nile delta or Cairo region ... an Egyptian student maybe studying here in North Cyprus.
You will not need to do any preparation for the "lesson".
