Tradesmen recommendation - Aircon

We have a problem with air con in the lounge and have rang two different people who were recommended to us, but neither one of them have turned up. Do they not want work?

They are sealed units, i.e. they should never be out of gas.
Have you tried Temel Bulut?

We have tried Veli - he was one of the guys that never turned up. Groucho do you have a telephone number for Temel Bulut.
We are at Tatlisu and we think that it may need gas.

if it does then it's got a leak...

One way around translation issues is to use the Google translate app which can be downloaded from the Play store for android phone users.
You can have a 2 way conversation in both Turkish and English and the translation is done for you with Audio speech.
Its such an easy app to use so more translation issues.

I have had my aircon repaired so many times twice by Veli he took the insides away and welded it now once again it isnt getting cold so I guess the gas has leaked out again. I give up.
