Can someone explain why, after 7 hours with no electricity, I now have to put up with 220volts, dim lights, a microwave on a go slow and barely there street lights?

Leester, I don't know how long you have lived here, but after 17 years that is the sort of conditions we all at some time or another just have to accept. As more and more and more properties are constructed and the old, not to say antiquated, electricity infrastructure struggles to cope, it is obvious that what you are having to cope with at the moment will become the norm. I wish I owned a store selling generators!!

It's weird, as we always said this to people, bb and lp, but actually somehow Dipkarpaz seems to have improved over the years. Hardly ever happens now.
