I have just received my renewed licence ,here in U.K.,from the DVLA after a delay of 16 months ..

Congratulations, now if they could work on the other 1,499,000 (or whatever) they might in due course complete my application.

Strange that; I renewed mine online and it only took two weeks! Got it last month.

Lucky you, I applied on line back in early April, still not received it.
