Does anyone know the current cost of MOT please?

Sorry can't remember.
Why not register your vehicle with the online system.
Message to 1300
Name Surname.
Email address.
Reg number.
After that go into the government website and click for car payments.
It will tell you there what is due (MOT and tax)
Pay online, take a print out with the emission test to police testing station,
I had to show fire extinguisher/spare tyre/2×triangles.
You can come and borrow if you don't have anything.

Did all that 13roman58 and it's telling me nowt; just want an idea as I'm sorting two cars out next month.

295tl I paid in July the right time
435tl for vehicle customer had missed his spot
I could not pay for the mot until the first day it was due

Do all the testers demand fire extinguisher etc, or is it as it always was i.e. depends on who is on duty that day?

It's the law you should carry one but as hubby says if you don't know what you are doing you maybe more of a danger.
