Last year I renewed my residency 8 weeks before it was due, using the online system.

I'm now due to renew for this year, and when logging in all I can access is my current residency permit with no option to renew.

What is the renewal process? Should I create a new account or will renewal automatically appear?

A renew button should appear circa twenty days before the expiry of your current certificate.

Old mukters letter, passport, 5tl stamp.

I can't find the old muktars letter

I've never taken my old muhkter's letter as Immigration used to take it. Only ever taken my passport.

You need to take your Kocan or sales contract or rental contract too. At least you do for the Girne mukhtar

I've taken copy of the last years letter to the Mukhtar but only to make it easier for him, as absolutely nothing has changed. It wouldn't have mattered if I hadn't taken it though. Only asked for Passport in Alsancak. Just told him we have lived in same house for years.
