Having problems with completing your ADApass?

If you are, then you might be in the same position as I am. Back in January - February I had my two vax at the poly clinic in Lefkosia. Handed over my passport and was asked what vaccs I preferred. I said Pfizer and all was well for both vaccinations. . Fast forward to last week at GAU for 3rd vacc. Took them 5-6 mins to find me on their data base, eventually passed through to nurse and had AZ vacc. Fast forward again and the information on my phone is all muddled and incorrect. Eventually GAU today have confirmed what they first suspected i.e. the girls at the poly clinic in Lefkosia have registered me as a CT and GAU can do nothing about it. Only Health Ministry is allowed to actually amend the (cards) now. Hence I have my finger constantly on the redial button for 1111. Anyone know if the message says "press 9 for English" anywhere or do I wait until the very end and hope an operator comes on?

hi there, been on to Ada pass today, managed to do mine, but my husband's couldn't be done, one because they'd put the wrong information in themselves, and two because they're now doing maintenance on the site. Tried again a little while ago but work still being done, so leaving it till tomorrow.Apparently the first numbers they give you are the ones to be rung. Good luck!

Have decided to do as advised by a local. Go to the Health Ministry in Lefkosa so you can get it corrected once and for all. Knowing my luck it will be bedlam when we get there. We think it's mostly we expats that are having problems, apparently there are hundreds and hundreds of locals where information on the main data base is incorrect and they are going straight to H.M

Done it. you have no idea what a pain its been for something so simple. Spoke to a lovely man on 1111 (only had to call once) and he agreed it was the original hand writing which was the problem i.e. despite the fact I produced a UK passport at polyclinic back in January, the girl had hand written the number as a kimlik number. From this morning, I am again a UK citizen. Not sure if that an improvement, life might be easier if I had a kimlik number instead.

I give up, I've tried all ways up to get this flaming pass but nothing works so I'm just going to stay at home until the system is sorted out properly.

poppy++1 I think you were the same as me. Because the form is different from the original and changed last week, I thought it was the incorrect form. As soon as I knew it was correct, it just took minutes from start to finish.

Elizabeth it could be that the person that originally I putted your information made a mistake. We went to the pcr testing station next to Lemar Karakum. Go in the left side where they are doing the vaccinations. The lady in the right hand corner on the computer re entered our info and it worked. She said there had been a lot of problems with inputting expats names.

Our issue was incorrect input of our name, and 1111 didn't help. We only found out when we went to the hospital for a booster and asked them to check.
Once the name was rectified, filling out the form and printing took minutes to complete.
Other than I couldn't exit to start a new form until the suggestion from teatime worked.

I've just redone mine (originally did it a couple of weeks ago). It didn't like my passport number but worked when I input my residency number.
