Anyone know if they have all packed up and gone home. Despite having spoken in English to three people in two week, who assured me that all was well, and the ADApass would "pop" into my phone "in about an hour", not a sausage has come. But in the meantime could I WhatsApp both sides of my green card again.

Do you know if there is anyway of checking whether an ADA Pass is in the system or whether I'm reliant on Health Department personnel answering phone or replying to WhatsApp?

Sorry, but obviously I didn't make myself clear. I'm just trying to get some sense out of someone as to why it is taking so much time to send through a completed ADA Pass that I can print out and then take to Magic Touch. They keep saying they have all the information they need al of which is now correct, but nothing comes through and they keep asking the same question time after time. Except today , when I gather they are actually closed.

Benjaminbutton take your vaccination card to the pcr testing station next to Lemar Karakum. Go in the entrance on left where they are vaccinating, the lady at the computer in right hand corner is very nice and speaks English. She will amend your details in health site as long as you have passport as well. Then go to Magic Touch and they will be ale to print. They input during the day and print about 5pm each night. Apparently a lot of the inputters at vaccination sites did not understand the British names and they were entered incorrectly.

I think that what the Health Dept are saying to you is that if you now go on to the adapass website again and put in your details again now, then hopefully the details they have put into their system taken from your green vaccination card that you sent them will marry up and the adapass will be downloaded to your smartphone.

I don't think they are saying to you that they will send a completed adapass to your phone directly without you inputting your details.

Of course, there is no guarantee that it will work but at least give it another try!

I've tried going on the Adapass website again, but all I get now is details of the ADA Code i.e. for holiday makers to fill in plus details of what businesses have to do to register their company. Unless they have altered the web site lately?

Yes, just checked and thimgs have changed. Go to adapass.gov.ct.tr and click on Adapass Code. I then chose my Country as Turkey and put my personal details, name phone number and passport number without the P in front as my ID number. The box above with a dropdown menu is disabled so leave blank. Then press 'Done' when all info is completed. I then got a msg to say a 6 digit code had been sent to my phone. I rrceived it straightaway and entered this in the 6 boxes provided and then a 'Success' msg and then the pass appeared. Scroll down for details of your vaccinations and dates. The pass can be saved as a PDF for printing off. I hope it works for you. If not it probably means that they still haven't entered your personal details correctly on their database. Either go personally as Diehard has suggested or keep trying 1111 and wait through all the menu options and music as I did a couple of weeks ago until a very helpful guy answered and dealt with the issue there and then! Thanks Satranc, just before reading your post I went on to the web site to find the form has actually changed and is a doddle now. Everything is English (if you click on appropriate flag in advance) Clicked on ADA Pass Code rather than the Business Code. Like you I sent submit and the 6 digit code came back on to my phone instantaneously immediately followed by the Pass. Apparently there have been so many human errors on the originals i.e. d/o/b, spelling of English names, etc. I nearly made an error by forgetting I came from United Kingdom rather than England, but remembered in time. Now off to Deniz Plaza. Next its the Residency to sort out!!!

End of Saga, eventually everything has come out correctly and been to Deniz Plaza to be printed etc. There have been four+ amendments in the system apparently since the Green card and then ADA Pass inception, so no wonder some of became confused.!
