I know this topic has been brought up in the past but can anyone update me please.
Went to Near East Bank - would not allow us to take any money out, which has been like this for some time now.
Went to Turkish Bank which has allowed us to take out cash, but
not any more.
Went to Guaranti Bank which allowed us to take out cash, but with a hefty 118 tl charge!

Is there any cash machine where we can take out our money from Barclays without hefty charges?

Would be grateful for any positive advice given, thank you !

TEB no charge if you have a Barclay card
