If on smart meter, then no, I don't think so.
If on normal meter, then depends on your Belediye. Go here, select your belediye, then click where it says Emlak to change to Su: https://paypointcyprus.com

I looked at Paypointcyprus.com but couldn't see Tatlısu

Abone Borcu is for water bill
Emlak Virgisi is for property tax

I've just remembered that property tax is now included on water bill, but has to be paid separately. You have to have an old property tax bill to get the TTU number, or contact the Bele. Anyway the number is too short, so I put an extra 0 in front of the old 5 digit number and it worked.
