I have been having a problem with multimax online payments and filled the page in for a 12 month renewal and they are telling me they have not received it,has anyone else had this problem

When I arrived 4 weeks ago, my Internet was not on despite having paid for it. I went to their office in Girne, and a lady at a window of the office took my details, and sorted it immediately.
