"British motorists driving outside the UK must now remove old-style GB stickers or cover them up.
Instead they should display a UK sticker or have the UK identifier on their number plate....
The guidelines add: "If you're in Spain, Cyprus or Malta, you must display a UK sticker no matter what is on your number plate..."

Wow, more important changes! Must rush down to the motor spares shop in town and get a couple before the “Panic Buying” of UK stickers starts in the TRNC - lol. Wonder if the guy who issues the TOM permission to drive in the RoC is going to check your car for a UK sticker or will it even class as an MoT failure?

The mind boggles!

I brought mine as driving from UK £1.50 on ebay no big deal

Yeah, good for you. £1.50 plus postage plus 4 months in the postal system to get her plus customs duty - think I would paint my own before the UK changes its mind yet again - lol.
