If your parents are/were TC and you were born in another country other than Cyprus and have a TRNC ID (Kimlik), you can overcome the 90-180 visa restrictions. (Currently if you have a TRNC ID (Kimlik) and it states place of birth outside of Cyprus, you can not cross borders with your ID)
You would have had to apply for RoC citizenship as a TC and have a receipt of application. Restrictions can still be removed even if your application has not been completed and is still in the process after several years.

Take the following documents to the Greek TC checkpoint at the Ledra Street Crossing:
1) TRNC ID (Kimlik)
2) Receipt of RoC citizenship application
3) Proof that parents were TC, ie Passport, Birth Cert, Marriage Cert
4) Your Passport

They will immediately add information to their system to allow you to cross borders (checkpoints as they call it) with your TRNC ID with no 90 days restriction.

You can, also, take your Marriage Certificate with your spouse's Passport (who does not have to be TC) and they will register on their system that he/she is married to a TC, removing the 90-180 days restriction.
