Ada pass... different surname

My passport is still in my maiden name but my NHS records are in my married name. I was hoping a copy of my marriage cert will suffice? Has anyone else had this issue. If so how did it go at immigration.

Thanks
Sue

Keep a photocopy of your old passport on you when travelling across the border etc. My wife and I both had new passports returning to the UK, the border staff were satisfied on production of the photocopy for proof of ID. (residency)

Thanks for the reply but I only have the passport with my maiden name, its a different name on my NHS record for Covid vaccination proof. I have my drivers licence as a photo id as well so hoping all will be accepted along with marriage cert. Would also be flying into Ercan
