I have been asked this question but have no idea!
Can anyone enlighten me please.

Go along the Colony road from town center turn right at a furniture shop on the corner opposite The Grape Vine go to the cross roads turn left past a school on your right then on the left is a small shop also on corner its in there.

We went to the coffee shop directly opposite the court in Girne when we needed to see the Muhtar.

I understand there are a number of Muhtar covering the Girne area. I know that even Alsancak has 3. Don't do what we did when we first moved here Ozankoy. We ended up at the little shop as described by Deniz1 and apparently he had a tendency to have long "lie ins"and was not best pleased when he had to be woken up!! He might have changed now, just be prepared though.

He is the one I went to when I sold my car I went about 10.30 I think. I dpnt know of any others. There is a man who sits outside an office directly across from the courthouse maybe he is one too as he signs lots of forms.

When we bought our car, we went to the one in message 3 at the coffee shop for it to be transferred to us.
