I have tried to contact Kibtek to report a fault, the numbers I have tried are,

6000960
03928152223

Only response was from the last one, to press 9 for English, which I did, but it carried on in Turkish,

Anybody have any other numbers I could try please.

I have tried that number and they are saying it’s the wrong number, but thanks for your quick reply.

I think you have to put 0392 in front of 6000960
