Any experts on here please who know SKYPE inside out?

Just lately a few numbers I try to call, it rings about 5 times then cuts me off? I have enough credit.

I downloaded it on another lap top today and the same happens? I did however use the same account, could it be that? No idea, but so frustrating.

try a differnt time of day, say mid morning as opposed to early evening. I have noticed my internet slows down when football is on.
