Trying to print off ADA pass for arrival it isn't happening
Input all the details no problem passport address etc
fill the I am not a robot in press finish
PDF comes up press and nothing happens any ideas?

mine would only print off when it gave the wrong month in my date of birth, even though i'd put it in properly. check details like that to see if they're right or wrong.

Tried altering the dates it doesn't want it any
I came in September and it worked didn't upload the vaccine & pcr shots
OH well any ideas what to do

Try taking a Screenshot of the page. Then print it.

Have screen shots of the page with finish on it and the before you press Finish but no QR code on that page
I've printed it off and also made my own form with the same information in order in large type it will be dark when we get there

You do need the QR code. So, maybe try using a different browser, phone, tablet.

Last time same phones no changes using Google chrome I produced pdf's from the website

This time the website had created an App because of previous useage easy I thought use the app

A couple of hours pulling non existent hairs out

So deleted app

went to microsoft edge created the pdf first time
