Turkcell mobile- all confused

So I am getting all confused, not difficult.
Paid over 110tl and got a gcn mega package. This last for 30 days, but it seems 150 mins disappear after 2 weeks.

So I will be left with 100 mins, plus data and SMS.

At the end of 30 days, what might be my options. Can I just buy credits, to keep the number?

If I credit the number every 3 months will I be able to keep this number.

Can't seem to get a straight answer when in the shop, tried messaging and helpline just sends to a top up thing.

Has anyone got a number for turkcell that I can call to speak to a real person please?
