Susiesusie I translated to English, but don't know how I did it. Couldn't have been difficult though - not or me that's for sure. After 4 jabs in left arm, when the flu is available I'm going to have a go in the right.

Got mine done on Thursday at Tatlisu pharmacy, cost 150 TL. It was the last one though. I had asked a week ago, and he said he would order it in for me and called me when it came in.

250TL but that was for the EU one from the South before any became available in the North! Thought it was worth the extra £6 ish to be safe anyway.

I have had the flu jabs for more years than I can remember, always had it in uk now get it here. Had the pneumonia jab last year for the first time I am a high risk asthmatic, had 2 sinovac and one biontec.... never ever had the flu, some people think they have it but they just have a bad cold, and by the way I rarely get a cold.... either I am very lucky or just well protected.... hate to say it but I have now survived almost 70 years.... lol. I do believe in vaccines and any other form of medication that will help me survive as long as possible on this planet.

Same as MrsGee, had in UK for years due to asthma. Didn't get it last year, and ended up flattened for weeks. Won't be missing it again.
Felt a bit rough on Friday, but ok day after, better than getting the flu for sure.

I dont care a jot if they don't want it .... their choice, same as mine, hey ho.... and yeah there are flu refuseniks..... am I bovvered.... nope their ... life, my life, we have choices I have made mine.

Totally agree Mrs Gee, but its when they don't even have so much as a headache or a sniffle and then go all high and mighty on me and give me a lecture is when I have to bite my tongue.!!

It's all the same people, there are those who won't wear a seatbelt and I even think some people actually drive and use their mobile phone at the same time - shock, horror - I have even heard rumors that some drink AND drive as well. It is all for the same reasons - it will never happen to me - I am always in control - it's my body - and on and on and on.

They are probably right as well - it will never happen to them - but I wonder if they ever think that their actions or lack thereof will effect the lives and body of others? Nah, of course not!

Stay safe, take care.
