Had been wondering the same thing, as it always comes in before my phone bill, but not this month. Came through late on Friday, paid it yesterday.

Running late this month I asked in the bank on Friday and Kibtek payment system was down. I have mine now the lowest bill ever!

I've had none in September and November - but two in August and two in October...

I use PayPoint, either through a browser https://paypointcyprus.com/ or via their phone app, to pay monthly bills such as phones and Kibtek.
All straightforward.
My Kibtek bill amount displays when l enter the account number.
No need to fret about non receipt of a bill from Kibtek - unless you need to see more details on consumption then l agree the actual bill breakdown is necessary.
