Urgent Help re printing out antigen from phone

All OK yesterday when I printed mine, but today I have typed for someone else and barcode fine, passport fine, went into print and message says 419 PAGE expire. Can anyone help asap. Thanx.

Try using someone else's phone / PC to print . Thats the simple solution i think.

419 page expire has Something to do with "The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you"

Thanks Saddique, can't do what you suggest unfortunately, but it does make more sense (I think) than information I've received from Pharmacist which was "Oh, its probably a problem with the Government computers" Or maybe her's make more sense??????

PS: have just tried again, which was another piece of advice from Pharmacist, and the form now has an exclamation mark on it, and only requests the barcode, and search. All else on the form has vanished. Such is life. Just hope that no-one hits the delete button on the phone.

Try a different browser, or clear your cache/history first.

Why not take a screen shot when you get the results and then you don't have to print saving ink and paper.

13roman58, I agree but there are a small minority of outlets that specifically ask for a hard copy.

Have given up the ghost for today. Tried another Browser and cleared so much history/cache out of my account, that its's been virtually denuded but still its 419 Page Expired after typing in If anyone else has any bright ideas I'd be grateful.

Have you contacted the location where the test was taken? Perhaps they could help.

We have our PCR test results sent to us as a PDF from the Kolan hospital, upon request.
