Has anyone completed this app/ process lately?
Having great trouble getting past the verification code bit, ( is the system down today?)
Does it work on a smart phone in uk?
Does it only work on a 0533 number.

Both my children used the app just before Christmas one on an android phone, the other on Apple iPhone with UK numbers. Got the codes without any problems. There is a website you can use if you are having problems with smart phones - https://www.guvendekalkktc.com/en

I was having problems as well off the app, so completed via website, much easier. Simply print it off once done and that will more then suffice.
