Our residency is about to run out on the 18th Feb this year . I have filled i the online form but when I tried to submit it it sayss the date has lapsed.
Ive read you should start your application 30 days before it expires which is obviously the problem. My question is what is the next step to rectify this.
TIA

Don't think that is the problem, we started ours in December, as far as I remember you cannot start renewing UNTIL 20 days before, I don't think there is a minimum number of days that you can apply before your residency expires, did you press the renewal button and remove the old information that you submitted when you last applied?

Sorry Eric can't help you then, we did ours by the old system until last year when we did it on line, I thought all applications now had to be done on line.

Eric you are probably right about the 30 day thing, when my wife last renewed her residency the old way she started about 20 days before it expired and when she went to get her new residency she was fined, you might have to make an appointment at immigration to sort it out

THANKS FOR ANSWERS.
I did manage to fill in the forms for both my wife and I and got a message that we would get a text back. This came through with only one user name and password. (we used same number). When i logged on I get my wifes account. Does anyone know how I can get to my account without relevent password etc.

Make sure you save your user names and passwords as you will need them to renew them again next time
