Anyone know how to change email address with Kibtek

Having trouble with Microsoft who have "lost" my hotmail account and this is registered with Kibtek to receive my monthly electrick bill. So I need to change my details with Kibtek, does anyone know how to do this as I am in UK.

I have always written to
info@kibtek.com and received a reply within 24 hours
