Best to go to the clinic and they will do it for you there and then.

It's 0533 878 1024 but it took me 3 attempts talking to 3 different operators to get anywhere. I was told to send an email to guvendekal@kktcell.com with a photo of my passport and vaccination card and they responded the same day to say it was sorted. They sent me a new password by SMS and when I logged back in it was all updated.

We are due to fly to Ercan on the 10th March can someone update me on what is required now please, I am confused by the info on the gov site. Is the Adapass the locator form? Thanks.

No it isn't the locator form. It is the form to say what vaccinations you have had.

From reading through the "help with entry to the TRNC" that Sona posted at the top of this forum section it says:
From the 1st March if you are a tourist and are fully vaccinated then all you need to do to enter via Ercan is to complete the guvendekalkktc form as posted by Chriswright03 above, if you are coming via south Cyprus then you need to complete the Cyprus Flight Pass as well.

You can put a non local number on the entry form in the Guvendekal App.
