Anyone any ideas ... Friends apartment in a block has no power inside . The meter is lit with 2 permanent red dots.
Plenty of credit on the account . Just no power at all. Other apartments are ok.

Its probably your RCD or the trip next to your meter call an electrician

Sounds like you need to pay a visit to Kibtek, perhaps take a photo of your meter with you.

As alphamike suggested, if you haven't done so already, call Kibtek on the number he gave below and ask one of the team to initiate a test from their end.

They will advise you if the problem is at their end and if it is and they can't fix it from there they will send someone to the property.

If the problem is not of their making then you will probably have to contact an electrician.

Also check that the main fuse is still there they get taken sometimes.
