Yes you can cross each way without an Antigen , but take your ADA pass / Vaccination card with you as proof.

Is this correct I was told South do not recognize Sinovac so would need an antigen? I have 2 Sinovac and Phizer booster.

The south recognise Sinovac. I went yesterday and have had 4 x Sinovac jabs. No problems anywhere.
