Is Multimax still in business

Hi All
I am in the UK and have a problem with having paid my yearly subscription with Multimax for my TRNC internet but my connection has not been reinstated, their website is not allowing a ticket to be made for enquiry and I tried to call the number on the website but I cannot contact anybody, are they still in business?

Confirm still in business.
We had similar issue. Tried opening a ticket but did not work. Emailed twice but no reply.
Maybe go on there Facebook page and send a message?
On arrival internet was not working despite having paid. Rang MM following morning. Pleasant operative answered. After a check they advised it would be working in 30mins. An hour later still no internet. Called again. Reply given was “will check my information and call back”. Less than 2 min later internet working.
Turning on the switch isn’t an easy job!

I had a similar experience last September, so I went to their offices in Girne, and they turned it on immediately. I also heard that the what's app approach works, but I didn't have Internet to do it.

Hi,
I had the same issue when I arrived 10 days ago. I paid on line but on arrival (10.00pm) no internet. I sent a what's app the following morning and 30 minutes later I was connected. Disappointing that I had to chase them but my internet worked perfectly all week apart from the power cuts

I can confirm they are still in business, extended my contract yesterday. Had a technical problem (slow connection) recently, fixed by a very capable technician (Ali) the following day. A day later, their technical manager made sure again personally on site (Lapta-Baspinar) that everything was in order. If there's anything I can recommend, it's:
Report the problem in WRITING, send screenshots of the speed test if the connection is slow, etc.
