Greenvalley your post is not specific. If it’s moles, spots or unusual growths then it’s a dermatologist that you want. Recommended many times on this forum is Doctor Fatma at the Etik hospital in Nicosia. She is very good and has treated me.
She may be the person you need to see for any skin problems even if they are not suspicious. There are many posts on this forum regarding this subject., Hope this is helpful.

Dr Aysel at Medical Port speaks reasonable English and very good dermatology
