Alexa Echo - finished?????????

We have been using our Alexa Echo here for the last 4+ years and now it seems we cannot use it any more. I am so unhappy!!!

What can I do???????

I have a similar problem with some other media apps. I resolved the problem by getting a VPN and setting it the the UK, which resolved the problem in my case.
Try out one of the free VPN's first, and if its works, you could then subscribe to one, to avoid any annoying on screen ads.

We recently changed internet providers, as such Alexa would not work until we changed to the new system. We did not have the app, we downloaded it less than a week ago, it works fine.

I recently brought over from the UK an Amazon Echo Show 8.
It works just fine here. Alexa kindly finds BBC radio stations for me, without recourse to using a VPN anywhere on my network.

I've used our Echo now for 4 years, listening mostly to Radio 4, it's the BBC link that's my problem. I can listen to some music, I also asked for news and got that, but not a proper station!! Can listen to Radio 4 on the laptop and even on my phone, but don't seem to be able to download the 'app', don't really want my phone involved!
Have given up as we are in the throws of moving to Famagusta (Monday) Will check it out again then

I have several Amazon devices. All work fine here in North Cyprus. All are linked to my Amazon account & the sound devices to my Alexa app

I'm currently in the UK and when I tune into BBC radio at the moment using echo I get a message saying I will shortly have to log into my BBC account to continue listening to BBC programmes.
Maybe you are caught up in the roll out of this.
