We use revolut as we have uk accounts, it pays in locally currency, saves us a fortune

Ditto plus Starling, Monzo. Always best to have a back-up or two.

With the Revolut card you can use Turkish Bank ( Turk Bankasi ) - the one with the Orange Logo for free ATM withdrawals in TL

Also Iktisat Bank, Ziraat Bank and many others
