Hi, we had our third vaccinations about a month ago, however our ada pass still only shows 2 vaccinations. We travel tomorrow and I'd been under the impression we only needed to re-download it, and it would be updated. However when doing so, the pass still shows 2 vaccinations.

What would the process be to add the 3rd?

You can update the ada pass by registering has new, ignore the already have account part

We travelled to UK and back in April and only showed our green vaccination cards which were accepted both ways. As these have the stickers with bar codes on them I think they are more acceptable than Adapass prints, which we had but were not asked for.

I got a booster today and managed to get my new Adapass using my residency number, I did have to say I forgot my password and it sent a new code to my phone.

@SunnyParkers, thank-you so much, your help has been greatly appreciated and saved me a trip to Nicosia!!!

We went along the lines of forgotten password, however it had not been updated centrally. Went alont to GAU where they were administered and they showed us that had updated their systme, just wasnt showing on the ada pass.
