Good morning all.

We are looking for a long term rental house ( min 2 years) preferably in the Esentepe / Bahceli area. Other areas could be an option for the right property.

We are a retired British couple. Non smokers, no pets and respectful to other people's property.

Ideally we seek a smallish property (not on a holiday complex) in a quiet location. Hopefully no music bars /restaurants close by ! Pool not essential.

Have a look at www.hangiev.com they have a wide variety of properties for sale and rent.

I'm sure you will find something you like there, you can contact the homeowner from there too.

We are not in a desperate hurry . The nearby construction work is getting worse day by day. The noise and dust is awful.

If we could find something suitable we would be prepared to hang on for a while.

Have you not seen Gates frequent adverts for long let of a really well situated 3 bed villa with pool near the golf course? Rent only £400 pcm...
