That's why it's only 'a minor offence' , scare the bejeezus out of the general public - naughty boy, call the numpties out for what they are and it's the slammer... seems a well balanced policy NOT.

Remember that it is not only the person who posts that is liable, the way that this bunch of laws has been written could easily get the Forum Owner in trouble as well! It would be a shame to see this forum closed down due to an unthought out comment posted in haste.
Consider well what you post as if you were a member of Internet police force yourself!
