Electric cuts are back

Last night 5.45 electric went off again for an hour. I would have thought that finished seeing the boat again full of oil waiting for a week. Suppose run out of money again. Now the hotel’s full thought they could have paid at least part of the bill. Now the time to cut them off make them pay no just us that pay. Who’s a silly billy
