Last months water bill was due to be paid by 11th June, so why did I and neighbours get a new bill yesterday (7th June) with 'Diger Borc' of 149.77TL added plus Su Bakiye of 11.5TL?

Anyone else got the same?

Diger borc is extra work,usually garden rubbish collection.

Probably but doesn't explain the date discrepancies!
